KARNIVAL PENDIDIKAN & KERJAYA TVET MELAKA 2023: A Collaborative Endeavor by Melaka State, TVET Melaka, MCORP, INVEST MELAKA, and MIDA MELAKA

Melaka State, in collaboration with Melaka State Education Department, TVET Melaka, MCORP, INVEST MELAKA, and MIDA Melaka, proudly presents “KARNIVAL PENDIDIKAN & KERJAYA TVET MELAKA 2023.” This comprehensive two-day event, featuring the Pameran IPT TVET dan Industri Serta Karnival Kerjaya, is set to captivate audiences on 25 November 2023 and 26 November 2023 at MITC Melaka.
On the first day of the event, attendees can delve into the forefront of technology with the Robotics Exhibition, showcasing the latest advancements in robotics technology. Engage in enlightening discussions during the TVET Counselor Session, emphasizing the crucial role of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in national progress. Experience hands-on technology and innovation at the Explorace hosted by the University Technical Malaysia Melaka (UTEM). Additionally, witness the incredible skills of students in the TVET Skills Competition, where schools in Melaka compete and showcase their talents. The CEO Talks, featuring industry experts, will also take place on the first day. This session promises valuable insights into industry trends, career opportunities, and the future of TVET.
The second day promises a wealth of insights and opportunities. Participate in the Symposium titled ‘Empowering TVET Innovation & Talent Development’ to engage in discussions about the future of TVET, focusing on innovation and talent development. Learn from industry insight during the Industrial Talks hosted by MIDA and INVEST, providing in-depth perspectives on the current industrial landscape. Finally, join the Closing Ceremony to celebrate the successful culmination of the event, presided over by YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, the Chief Minister of Melaka.
In addition to these exciting activities, KARNIVAL PENDIDIKAN & KERJAYA TVET MELAKA 2023 boasts over 900 job openings, showcasing the event’s commitment to providing valuable career opportunities. The event will feature more than 15 industry exhibitors, offering a glimpse into diverse sectors. Furthermore, over 20 TVET institutes will be exhibiting, showcasing the educational prowess and opportunities available in the field.
Through this endeavor, we seek to propel the potential and technical skills of students, encouraging the creation of cutting-edge innovations. Additionally, the initiative strives to augment communication and social skills among students during project development, ultimately empowering them to advance their TVET capabilities to higher platforms. Ultimately, the objective is to establish a seamless connection between industry and TVET institutions, providing quality graduates equipped with the skills and knowledge demanded by the contemporary workforce.
The event is open to the public, and we are anticipating 5,000 visitors daily. All interested parties are invited to partake in this celebration of education, industry, and career opportunities. The collaboration, insights, and innovations that will unfold during this event are set to propel discussions on the future of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and its profound impact on national progress.
