5 December 2024 – CEO of Invest Melaka, Datuk Ginie Lim, was invited to the ‘Bursa Malaysia-Melaka ESG Summit 2024’ and participated in the panel session themed ‘ESG Compliance, Risk Management, and Investor Confidence.’ This event was hosted by Bursa Malaysia and co-organized by Invest Melaka, MIDA, Terradian Consultancy, and Exabytes. It was officiated by YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh at Hatten Hotel.
The summit brought together public and private sector leaders to advance ESG literacy, encourage sustainable practices, and leverage innovative financing solutions. By empowering businesses to adopt ESG principles, Melaka can achieve the following: strengthen economic resilience, drive regional growth, enhance environmental stewardship, empower local enterprises, and position Melaka as a sustainability champion.
