At the Melaka State Government Administration Assembly for November 2023 today, Chief Minister Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf Yusoh had officiated the launch of the Melaka Industrial Booster (MIB) MPHTJ Implementation Manual. Also present were the State Assembly Speaker, Datuk Wira Ibrahim Durum, State Secretary, Datuk Wira Zaidi Johari, and the Chairman of the Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council (MPHTJ), Datin Sapiah Haron.

The MPHTJ is the first Local Authority in Melaka to introduce the Melaka Industrial Booster (MIB) project, a streamlined process for the swift issuance of industrial development process and construction permits. This comprehensive overhaul covers the application for development plans, construction approval, issuance of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC), all the way to obtaining the business operation license.

The MIB initiative is a collaborative endeavor with Invest Melaka Berhad (IMB) and is supported by the Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC).

Pada Majlis Perhimpunan Bulanan Pentadbiran Kerajaan Negeri Melaka bagi bulan November 2023 hari ini, YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf Yusoh berjaya merasmikan pelancaran Manual Pelaksanaan Melaka Industrial Booster (MIB) MPHTJ. Turut hadir adalah YB Speaker Dewan Undangan Negeri, Datuk Wira Ibrahim Durum, Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Datuk Wira Zaidi Johari, dan Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Hang Tuah Jaya (MPHTJ), Datin Sapiah Haron.

MPHTJ dengan bangganya menjadi Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan pertama di Melaka yang memulakan projek Melaka Industrial Booster (MIB), satu proses pantas untuk pengeluaran permit pembinaan. Pembaharuan proses ini merangkumi permohonan pelan pembangunan, kelulusan pembinaan, pengeluaran Sijil Penyiapan dan Pematuhan (CCC), sehingga mendapatkan lesen operasi perniagaan.

Inisiatif MIB merupakan usaha bersama dengan Invest Melaka Berhad (IMB) dan dipercepatkan oleh Perbadanan Produktiviti Malaysia (MPC).
