Majlis disempurnakan dengan kehadiran Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Seri Setia Dr. Haji Mohd Ali Rustam, Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka ditemani isteri, YABhg. Toh Puan Datuk Wira (Dr.) Hajah Asmah binti Abdul Rahman, YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf Bin Yusoh, Ketua Menteri Melaka ditemani isteri.

Turut hadir sama, YB Datuk Seri Utama Haji Sulaiman Md Ali, Ketua Menteri Melaka ke-12; YB Datuk Wira Ibrahim bin Durum, Speaker Dewan Undangan Negeri Melaka; YB Datuk Salhah Salleh, Pegawai Kewangan Negeri Melaka yang menjalankan tugas Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Melaka; dan YB Datuk Rais Yasin, EXCO Kanan Perumahan, Kerajaan Tempatan, Saliran, Perubahan Iklim dan Pengurusan Bencana.

The event was graced by the presence of His Excellency Tun Seri Setia Dr. Haji Mohd Ali Rustam, Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka, accompanied by his wife, YABhg. Toh Puan Datuk Wira (Dr.) Hajah Asmah binti Abdul Rahman, and YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf Bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, accompanied by his wife.

Also present were YB Datuk Seri Utama Haji Sulaiman Md Ali, the 12th Chief Minister of Melaka; YB Datuk Wira Ibrahim bin Durum, Speaker of the Melaka State Legislative Assembly; YB Datuk Salhah Salleh, State Financial Officer performing the duties of the Melaka State Secretary; and YB Datuk Rais Yasin, Senior EXCO for Housing, Local Government, Drainage, Climate Change, and Disaster Management.
