6 October 2024 – The 1st EcoWalk Charity Parent-Child Walk was organized by the Melaka Entrepreneurs Promotion Association (PUMM MELAKA) at the Ayer Keroh Botanical Garden, attracting over a hundred participants from the public and members, along with their families and young children.
A donation of 6,000 ringgit was made to six Chinese primary schools’ special education classes (RM1,000 for each school), which included SJK(C) Pay Fong 3, SRJK(C) Siang Lin, SJK(C) Yu Ying, SJK(C) Ting Hwa, SJK(C) Bukit Beruang, and SJK(C) Kemendor.
The purpose of this charity walk is to promote community care for special needs children. Invest Melaka was honored to receive an invitation from PUMM for this program to raise social awareness for children with special needs. IMB’s officer, Camelia Lee, represented CEO Datuk Ginie Lim at the event.
